This document summarizes a referral program that provides cash referral fees and prizes for referrals that result in closed deals. Referral fees range from $550 to $675 depending on the deal size and referrer level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Higher levels are achieved by making more referrals over time. Referrers can also receive extra ballots for prize drawings for every four referrals made. The program covers referrals for small business loans, mortgages, and consulting projects.

• Referral fee paid one week after deal closing
• Referral fee is based on the size of the deal and
the level of the referrer
– $100k referral – referral fee ranges from $550 (Bronze)
to $675 (Platinum)
– Deal size ranges are <$100k, <$200k, <$300k, <$400k,
<$500k, <$750k, <$1MM, <$2MM, <$5MM, $5MM+
• Gold and Platinum members receive $100 for
each complete application received

What is a referral?
A referral is a deal that has closed. This
means that the referral has gone
through the application, approval and
closing process.

5. Levels
• Bronze – up to five referrals in the past year
• Silver – up to ten referrals in the past year
• Gold – up to twenty referrals in the past year
• Platinum – over twenty referrals in the past
year
• A rolling 12 month schedule is used to track
levels.

6. Bronze (up to 5 referrals)
• Cash (lowest quarter of range)
• One ballot per referral
Silver (5-10 referrals)
• Cash (2nd lowest quarter of range)
• One ballot per referral; one extra for every
four referrals
• Refer a Center of Influence (another referrer)
and receive a $50 gift certificate

7. Gold (10-20 referrals)
• Cash (2nd top quarter) paid on receiving
application and on closing of deal
• One ballot per referral; one extra ballot for
every four referrals
• Refer a Center Of Influence and receive a $50
gift certificate and a bonus for each deal they
complete
• Annual training seminar (open to Platinum &
Gold)

8. Platinum (20+ referrals)
• Cash (top quarter) paid on receiving application
and on closing of deal
• One ballot per referral; one extra ballot for every
four referrals
• Refer a Center Of Influence and receive a $50 gift
certificate and a bonus for each deal they
complete
• Quarterly Platinum bonuses
• Annual training seminar (Platinum & Gold)
