To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this as a Letter of Reference/Recommendation for Rusty Bryan. I have had the
pleasure of knowing Rusty & having him as a member of our team for over 15 years, in a number
of capacities. His primary responsibilities had to do with, but not limited to, the maintenance of
our Racetrac Petroleum Convenience Stores. Meaning, "maintenance" in every aspect of the
word. From new stores being built from ground up, all outside areas, all inside areas, of all
locations, etc. This certainly included the procurement of all vendors for repairs, re-models,
warranty issues on newly built locations, meeting all EPA Standards, payment approval for all
invoices & financial maintenance budgets just to name a few.
Rusty has always represented our Company with the highest of standards and professionalism,
whether dealing with maintenance vendors,
Operations/Training Supervisors, visitors from our corporate offices in Atlanta, etc. He also had
daily contact with store management and associates teams & was certainly respected by all. His
work ethic and professionalism has always been first class at all times.
In summary, I would simply say Rusty Bryan has always been a great team player, an
outstanding leader of people, positive example setter and a definite asset to any team he has
been a part of. For these reasons he certainly has my highest recommendation & respect.
