Re: Shane Kelm
I would like to offer my support for Mr. Kelm. Mr. Kelm is a close family friend who I
have known for over 3 years and, as such, I feel qualified to speak to his character.
During this time I have found Shane to be hard working, dedicated and to take pride in
his accomplishments. Mr. Kelm is respectful, courteous, and displays excellent
communication skills, and I have no doubt that he has the interpersonal skills to excel in
the work environment. Mr. Kelm is quick to lend a helping hand, and is always reliable
in times of need.
Although I have not worked with Mr. Kelm directly I believe his resume shows that he is
very well suited to this position. His background in both information technology and
with the Ministry of Health would be valuable to any company and allow him to quickly
transition into this position.
Recently he completed a Certificate in Business Administration. Not only does this make
him a more suitable candidate for the position but demonstrates his commitment to
