Alex Gasson was a reliable and dependable employee who exceeded expectations at the Health and Fitness Show. He was friendly, a great team player, and willing to work flexible hours to get the job done. Alex helped organize successful grappling tournaments that were highlights of the show. His positive attitude and customer-focused approach made him an integral part of the event.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
I had the opportunity to work with Alex Gasson at our Health and Fitness Show at the Western Fair
Association.
In regards to dependability, Alex was responsible and reliable in his promises, he was happy to assume
his share of any element of the show.
Alex’s friendly approach created an immediate positive response. He consistently met and exceeded
external customer expectations and made it a priority to fulfil internal customer needs accurately and
on time. This was proven various requests prior to, during and post event time.
Alex was a great team player who was always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. He was
always keen to hear constructive comments and to learn and grow from suggestions for improvements.
Alex was willing to arrange his schedule to meet certain needs of the job he worked until the job was
complete either showing up early or leaving late, while always presenting a smile and a helping hand
wherever needed.
Alex was an integral part of 2 - 32 Man Showdown Grappling Tournaments which were a highlight of the
Health and Fitness Show.
