in Terre Haute, Indiana, USA. I have over 30 years experience in industrial rnaintenance and
have been a supervisor for the last fuvelve of those years.
Jason reported directly to me for five of his seven years with CSN where we worked on
many different kinds of rotating machines, gearboxes, drive systems, material handling
equipment, compressors, pumps and steel mill production equipment of n'lany various types,
Jason has a good sense of urgency when working on production line equipment and is
mindfull of the importance of getting things up and running as quickly as possble without
loosing sight of making proper repairs for machine reliability. He also knows the importance
of preventative maintenance and Jason demonstrated excellent troubleshcoting skills on
