Lewtrenchard Manor is a Grade II listed Jacobean-style manor house located close to Dartmoor National Park that dates back to the Domesday Book and was mentioned in documents from the reign of Henry III. The manor has 16 bedrooms, a three rosette restaurant, and one of the only chef's tables in South-West England. Bettina Courtin worked as a receptionist at Lewtrenchard Manor from April to September 2010 and was described as an extremely hard working and dedicated member of staff who was popular with both employees and guests. She was punctual, well-presented, and a great team player.
