features and functionality under xCT development. This project is being managed as offshore-onsite
model. Major development work will be done from HCLT Bangalore center (Offshore
Development Center for Clear2Pay). xCT Development is a Product engineering activity based on
Clear2Pay’s (C2P) Open Payments Framework (OPF). OPF already has portions of the payments
features developed and this project is to use the OPF and extend the framework to enable
International and domestic credit transfers processing. OPF is developed as an SOA solution using
IBM’s WebSphere Integration Developer Version 6.1 product suite with Oracle as the database
and Hibernate is used as the data access layer. The scope of the project is to develop the features
over and above the OPF base layer based on the Functional Design Document (FDD) provided by
