Trainer will welcome the participants. Trainer will share that this sessions is not about process, but mindset. Trainer has to split the participants into smaller groups and ask this question with each group, note the answers in the flip chart. You can expect answers like.. It is very important, backbone ..etc..,
Trainer should ask these questions to the groups.1. do you feel recruitment is a headache/trouble by the Branch Head ? 2.do you feel recruitment is getting people? ( In Tamil : Aaal pudikkaradhu). 3. Do you think that recruitment is persuading a person to sit in the batch for 4to6 days, and assure him that rest everything you will do for him and won’t disturb him anymore. Do you feel recruitment is just one day’s work? Trainer will get answers like, NO……..NO……. It is very good, important etc.., like this.
Trainer should ask this question to each group and give them some time. Groups may come closer to these photos, they may look and discuss about age, colour,attraction…etc.., after all those, they will come to a conclusion.
Trainer should ask the groups why they have come to that conclusion? If they have selected someone, why they have selected? If they have not selected anyone also.. Ask why?. They will come out reasons like appearance is not good , our expectation is different…etc..,Even they select someone also will definitely have reasons. From that trainer should derive the word “EXPECTED QUALITY” .
Trainer should ask this question to every group. Many persons will say yes… someone may say no….
If yes trainer should ask why? And try conclude as good quality. If No , trainer should ask,suppose this girl come to you and express her deep love with you……do you refuse ? Mostly normal people will accept. Then trainer should ask, if it comes to you without any effort, you will accept. Otherwise you won’t try? What is this logic? Trainer should complete this slide that This is only their mindset and lack of confidence.
When the trainer is asking this question mostly he will get the professional group as their answer. Some knotty groups may say the village group.
If a group says the professional group, by asking this question we can derive again the word Quality. If a group says about the village group, the trainer should ask, if tomorrow Head of Agency has come to your office, will you be proud to introduce this group as your group? Trainer should say, because of yourlack of confidence, you don’t want to come out of your safe zone.
Trainer should explain that recruitment is like a sculpture, we should encarve very carefully inch by inch. Recruitment is like life, if contaminated things goes in, entire life may be at risk. Etc..,
Whatever thing we are doing we should decide the destination first and plan accordingly. If you want to go up in insurance career, if you want to see you in big positions down the years, go for good recruitment.
Trainer should explain, if you do good recruits, you will go up in the ladder very fast…etc..,
Trainer can quote some other example also. May be sugarcane juice, when you are extracting for the first time, you will get more juice, after third time or more you will get nothing but straw. Like this.
. Conclude that recruitment ….recruitment…….recruitment……… that is our life….. Shall do it passionately.
