TalentBazaar is an online platform that connects recruiters with recruitment consultants. It allows recruiters to work remotely to source candidates for job requirements posted by consultants. Recruiters earn a 35% commission of the placement fee by submitting qualifying candidates. The platform is free for recruiters to use and manages the process of application, candidate submission, interviews and payment. It aims to create a efficient system that benefits both recruiters and consultants.

What is TalentBazaar
TalentBazaar.com provides an automated platform for recruiters to
work with recruitment consultants spread across India on revenue
sharing mode.
We create a win-win situation for both by helping in closing the
position quickly, benefitting both the recruitment consultant and the
recruiter. The revenue generated gets shared between both.
TalentBazaar charges a small monthly fee for usage of its platform
from recruitment consultants, for recruiters there are no charges.
We manage, monitor and guide the platform users to help them make best
use of the platform. We talk on phone/chat/emails, actively with all users 

•You check out the requirement and find out a CV matching to

•The consultant will look at your application and will call you to
discuss and will decide to approve or decline your request.
•You get a mail informing you about the decision
•Once approved, you start sourcing and evaluating quality
candidates and submitting them for the requirement.

Pricing for recruiters
Using the platform for helping our clients in closing their positions
Free/zero/zilch/nothing
• Work on requirements posted by clients
• No limit on number of requirements you can apply
Get 35% of placement fee. Send an invoice to the concerned
consultant on 75th
day of joining and get paid directly in your
bank account by 97th
day of joining.
If the consultant helps you with the resume database access, the
revenue share is 25% of the placement fee
You need to pay for your own internet and phone bill.

Agreement
The agreement formalities would be completed soon after you fill up
the signup form.
The agreement will be emailed to you, we would require your email
approval on the same along with your identity proof and address
proof.
Training will be provided to you before taking you on-board.
