RECOMMENDATION LETTER
To whom it may concern,
In my capacity as his direct supervisor, it gives me great pleasure to attest to the aptitude of Ahmad Saifulhadi
Ab Halim, who worked with me as Field Engineer. He had been with this project from the commencement
of the construction phase.
He had been of great assistance to the team in creating and maintaining the project’s Document Control
System. Aside from his work assisting the Progress and Schedules Team on the preparation of several
reports, he had been tasked to lead, supervise, and train new document controllers, especially on client
correspondence processes. Moreover, he held a few other responsibilities including Final Documentation
Coordination and editing of the Utility Demand Report, the latter being an essential planning tool for the Field
Control Department.
He also assisted on general troubleshooting of Engineering Drawings and performed valuable coordination
works with our “Document Control Team for Subcontractors” and provided valuable assistance in generating
automated reports and charts that helped every team member perform more effectively allowing them to
deliver in a timely manner.
Hadi also had been a very active contributor of ideas and a natural problem solver. He had no problem
interacting with people of different backgrounds and nationalities. He treated them with respect and
exhibited an above-average degree of ability in management philosophy while exhibiting a good grasp of
certain Engineering/Technical matters particularly in the field of Petroleum Engineering. His curiosity had
been one of his most observable characteristics; always in the lookout for new ideas and learnings. He is
a pleasant guy to work with and has a decent sense of humor.
