I had worked with Gail Kouyate for approximately six years. Though her performance with
tactical functions met expectations, her intelligence and talent with computers enabled her to
perform duties beyond what would normally be expected of an administrative assistant.
Her duties included data entry from clinical and preclinical pharmaceutical industry studies
(Word, Excel and Figure P). More specifically, her work dealt with biopharmaceutic and
pharmacokinetic clinical study submissions with on-line BRS/DATA-STAR and in-house
databases. She was also facile with library research functions.
My experience with Gail indicated she was an intelligent woman, with quick study abilities. She
had an astute, inquiring mind, a cheerful personality, and a genuine concern for others. She
made herself invaluable to the department, and it was a pleasure working with her.
