Scope of his responsibilities was Management, Coordination & Supervision of
Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of the above mentioned
Projects including scope, time, cost, human resource, risk, communication and
procurement management.
Mr. Hafezi demonstrated his competences through what he had performed at
SADRA at the time I was working as vice-president of engineering and
construction department there. He is well organized, responsible, decision maker,
creative and very diligent person capable of working alone and also as a team
