Recently, Holly Laws was a student in my Southern Culture course at Caldwell
Community College & Technical Institute. As a result of her performance in this course, I can
say that Mrs. Laws is a person of impeccable and impressive character. Her work ethic is
unassailable, as evidenced by the quality and thoroughness of her academic work, especially on
paper assignments. She also appears to be a person who handles pressure and stress
exceptionally well. Her critical thinking skills are well-developed, as seen in her papers and
participation in class discussions. In addition, she has good interpersonal skills, as seen in her
ability to work as part of a team when the class engaged in small group discussions. In
