This document describes three receiving exercises: 1) Players are split into two teams and must pass through four windows while limiting themselves to two touches and not passing through the same window twice. This improves players' first touch and preparation for their next touch. 2) Players are split into two equal teams and must pass between two squares while limiting themselves to two touches, with the first team to return to their starting position winning. This allows players to practice their first touch and passing to teammates' front foot. 3) Players are split into two grids where one team defends with possession limited to two touches, and the team transfers the ball between grids when they win possession.
