Rebol is an easy to learn programming language that can be downloaded from their website as a small 800kb file. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux and other platforms. To install, simply decompress the zip file and run rebol. The language has built-in functions for tasks like timers, networking, parsing and GUIs.
