INTRASYS ACTIVE RFID ASSET TRACKING
Intrasys Active RFID Personnel Tracking Solution will enable your
organization to have an overview of all personnel in any tracked premise.
This will allow you to fully customize, track and view the records of all
entries/exit. Additional “capture” points can be placed in more premises for
tracking in the future.
The Active RFID Personnel Tracking Solution can also allow the management
to have an overview of all personnel, whether they are still in the premise, or
even further improve to detect unauthorized access in zones.
Implementation of the solution will increase accountability and traceability
and provide full visibility for all personnel.

The Personnel Creation process ensures that all personnel
(Asset) are tagged so that it can be tracked within the installed
premise.
• Step 1: Personnel first arrival
• Step 2: Tagging Management System associate Tag with
Personnel Information
• Step 3: Operator gives/attaches Tag to Staff
• All personnel will be given an Active RFID Key Fob Tag &
Wristband Tag

Tracking Management allows for automated update of
personnel location upon checking in.
• Step 1: Staff enters/exit area
• Step 2: Antenna picks up personnel
• Step 3: System automatically updates  
personnel location and time.
