Pressure is an important physical parameter to be controlled in process boiler, heat exchanger, nuclear reactor and steam carrying pipeline. In the article the issue has been face in boiler operation due to pressure is handled. In boiler, the problem is due to maximum and minimum range of pressure. Due to the issues there is a chance to causes the hazop. To avoid such the problem the high and low pressure in boiler has to control. In the paper such the problem has sorted out by implementing ON-OFF control. Here the proposed control action for pressure control is implemented with the help of LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) software and NI ELVIS hardware. In the idea the boiler’s low range and high is monitored and controlled valve desirably. And also the high range and low range of pressure in the boiler is signified to plant operator by alarm signal.

A Fast-Acquisition All-Digital Delay-Locked Loop Using a Starting-Bit Prediction Algorithm for the Successive-Approximation Register
This brief presents a fast-acquisition 11-bit all-digital delay-locked loop (ADDLL) using a novel starting-bit prediction algorithm for the successive-approximation register (SBP-SAR). It can effectively eliminate the harmonic lock and the false lock. The achievable acquisition time is within 17.5-23.5 or 17.5-32.5 clock cycles when the ADDLL works at the low or high clock rate, respectively. The digital-controlled delay line and the SBP-SAR of the ADDLL chip are synthesized using Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's (TSMC's) 0.18-μm CMOS cell library. The proposed ADDLL can operate at a clock frequency from 60 MHz to 1.1 GHz.

2) Thermal conductivity increases with compressive strain and decreases with tensile strain in the [001] direction due to changes in phonon velocities.
3) For a 20nm thin film, boundary scattering does not dominate thermal transport in the in-plane [100] direction, and strain has a small effect on thermal conductivity in this direction.

As number of modules per chip is increasing, number of transistors in a chip increases resulting in
increase in area and power dissipation. Area and power dissipation problems can be most effectively addressed
if the basic building blocks of the circuit are designed for lower power dissipation and occupy less space. FlipFlop,
which is basic building block, plays a major role in design of complex systems. From the open literature,
Semi Dynamic Flip-Flop (SDFF) and Dual Dynamic Flip-Flops (DDFF) are classic structures which are
efficient for incorporating complex logic functions. In this paper, a new low power and area efficient flip-flop
with Embedded Logic Module (ELM) is proposed. The proposed Flip-Flop reduces 50% to 60% of power
dissipation as compared to conventional flip-flops and delay up to 86% is also reduced. Serial in Parallel out
(SIPO) shift register is designed with the proposed flip-flop which exhibit low power dissipation. The
simulations are done in MENTOR GRAPHICS, Schematic editor, Generic GDK, 130nm technology.

This document analyzes various multiple constant multiplication (MCM) algorithms for implementing reconfigurable root raised cosine (RRC) finite impulse response (FIR) filters. It compares digit based recoding, canonic sign digit (CSD), common subexpression elimination (CSE), and binary common subexpression elimination (BCSE) algorithms in terms of area, power, and speed. The results show that the BCSE algorithm provides the best performance, reducing area by up to 11.7% and power consumption compared to the other methods. The BCSE technique reuses common binary bit patterns within filter coefficients to optimize constant multiplications.
