Randy Robinson was born on Valentine's Day 1950 in Schenectady, NY. He grew up in a tough neighborhood where he had to stand up to bullies. In the late 1950s, his family moved to Arizona where he became a rodeo star. He graduated from Cornell University in 1972 with a degree in psychology. Randy then moved to Seattle in 1978 and coached a successful softball team. He married Jane in 1985 and they had two daughters. Throughout his life, Randy enjoyed kayaking, public speaking, traveling to Europe and wine tasting with family and friends. He turned 60 years old in 2010 while living in San Diego.
