Ingredients Crust 20 Cookies (Maria) 1tsp. cinnamon 1/3 cup butter Filling 1 curd package 1 cup cream 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon peel ¼ cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 pinch salt ½ tsp. baking powder Preparation Preheat oven to 320ºF. Grind the cookies and mix them with butter and cinnamon and press the dough at the bottom of a mold. Put all filling´s ingredients into the blender and mix it until it is homogeneous. Pour the mixture in the mold and bake it for 45- 50 minutes. Cover the cheesecake with blackberry jam.

Ingredients Crust 2 cups flour 6oz butter ¼ tsp. baking soda 4 tbsp. sugar 2 egg yolks 2 tbsp. water Filling ½ cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cornstarch Preparation Preparation Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a bowl, pour all crust ingredients and mix them with your hands. Press the dough at the bottom of a mold. Peel and grate 5 big apples. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Over the dough, put a layer of apple and some of the sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch mixture. Repeat the procedure until you finish. Take the pie to the oven and bake it for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!

- 14. Ingredients Chocolate cake 1 cupmelted chocolate 8z cream cheese Decoration sugar Preparation Bake your favorite chocolate cake. Then cut the cake into pieces, put it in a bowl, and turn the cake into crumbs. After putting that, mix the cake with the cream cheese till it looks homogeneous. Take some of the mix in your hand and make cake balls, then cover them with the melted chocolate. Put them on a lollipop stick and decorate it the way you want.

After the second mix is homogenous, put together both mixtures in a bowl and mix until it homogeneous again. Put the dough in a mold and bake for 40 minutes.
