 Successfully pass a 4 days Online Training on Using
Microsoft Project, course from 22-25/10/2010.
 Successfully pass a 3 days Training program on Building a
Successful Project Management Office, course from 11-
13/8/2010 at London.
 Successfully pass a 3 days Training program on Program &
Portfolio Management, course from 9-11/6/2010 at London.
 Successfully attend a Project Management Professional PMP
exam preparation course finished 16/10/2009.
 Successfully completed a training program on public
management and Leadership delivered by London School
of economic (LSE) and sponsored by National Economic
Development Board (NEDB) finished 7/12/2008, location
was three weeks at Sebrata/Libya and six weeks at
London/UK.
 From 7/2006 into 9/2008 I joined the Al-Fateh University,
Faculty of Engineering to study the Master of Engineering
Management, I have completed 9 out of 10 courses required
for the master's degree, but due to working condition I could
not complete the study.
From the most important courses that I have studied and
successfully pass it, Engineering Economy and Operation
Research.

January 2010 – Current Project & Program Leader
(LPTIC)
Working with LPTIC Holding (Libyan Post-Telecom and Information
Technology Company) which is the owner of the Mobile operators and
IT provider at the Libyan market like Almadar, Libyana, and LTT …
etc.
The scope of my work is described in the following points:
 Member in a committee for developing a unified Project
Management Methodology which will be applied in managing
the projects of the Libyan Telecommunication sector.
 Project & Program Leader at the Project Management Office of
the LPTIC.
 As a Project & Program Leader at the PMO of the LPTIC, I
have the responsibilities of providing the support and follow up
the LPTIC’s subsidiaries PMOs.
 Provide a Project Management Training to the project managers
and project supervisors of the subsidiaries of LPTIC.
 Through the daily follow-up and monitoring of the Telecom
sector’s projects, I had been able to acquainted with the
telecom and Information Technology which used in the sector,
and understand it in the way that allows me to follow the work
of the projects that apply these techniques.

4. Worked with ZTE Corporation (Chinese Telecommunication Vendor)
for launch and the expansion of Libyana Mobile Operator network.
I have gained experience in the following fields:
 Knowledge and understanding of the mobile telecommunication
technology.
 Get involved in the management of the projects which I worked
on.
 Gained an experience in the resource scheduling process,
monitoring and controlling the cost and the quality of the projects.
During my working with ZTE I gained the following positions:
 (2005 to 2006) Supervisor of the power and environment
systems for maintenance of all Libyana’s coverage stations at
the Western Region (from the Libyan/Tunisia borders to the
municipality of Misrata)which account for more than 500
station.
 (01/2006 to 04/2006) Engineering supervisor at three major
cities: Khums, Zlitin and Misrata, for nearly 150 station.
 (04/2006 to 02/2009 ) The Engineering project manager of
3G mobile technology launch project.
 (02/2009 to 07/2009 ) Misrata area Manager for GSM Phase
5 Libyana expansion project.
