Brand Names orLogo Advertising Spirits, beer, and wine brand/logo advertising is allowed on the inside of the licensed premises Inside the premises includes outdoor services areas where advertisements are to be facing inwards Signage posted inside the premises that can be seen through the window is allowable Signs on the inside window facing out is allowable.

- 15. Penalties for Violations Sales – To – Minor Violations Criminal Fines (Against Seller) $1,500 Criminal Fine – Licensee $500 Criminal Fine – Agent or Employee plus court costs
- 16. Penalties for Violations Sales-to-minor Violations Administrative Sanctions (Against License) 1st- $500.00 2nd - 30 – Day Suspension + $1,500 3rd – 60-Day Suspension + $1,500 4th – Revocation No License to Person – 2 years No License to Premises – 1 year
- 17. Penalties for Violations Immediate Suspension Prevent or avoid immediate danger to public’s health safety and welfare. Licensee has due process rights, however no selling or serving until final disposition of the matter.
