media organization. Its one radio, weekly
magazines, social media initiative and website
pages cover entire country.
Altogether dunya-Naw local radio covering 9
district of Farah province without purchaman.
Dunya have an audience or more than 80000
every day.
Dunya radio broadcast in two languages with the
accents of audience they are serving. Moreover,
selected news every hour and special programs.
The website of Dunya group is under
construction.
Dunya group changing the news agenda by
putting its over 40 qualified professional staff at
the service of one principle. Farahy nation have
the right to be informed and to be heard.
The popularity of Dunya group outputs is the

people’s voice within an editorial approach that
seeks Farahy ownership of Afghanistan

independent media consortium.

Dunya group is proud to be the home of Farah
highest circulation independent magazine. Each
one reaching Farah’s 6 district every month.
They serve as a valuable public communication
and literacy tool for a nation where public
libraries and newsstands are minimal at best.
Washka (the key) monthly is Farah’s most
popular and highest circulation independent
printed media. Launched in 2008 has since
grown from 100 copies a month in Farah to
more than 1000 copies distributed nationally.
Editorially the magazine has matured from
being an easy to read, basic public information
and literacy tool to one of the country’s most
forward thinking and independent voice,
targeting decision makers in all sectors of
Farah’s society.
Its staff or reporters and collaborators produce
news, analysis investigative reports, feature
stories and columnist’s viewpoints in Pashto,
Dari and include an English section.

Public communication
Since 2015, Dunya group has served as a reliable and creative
communication and advocacy partner for numerous local, national and
international partners.
To date Dunya has produced a wide variety of public service
announcements, talk shows, round table debates for radio and special
editions of its magazine covering topics ranging from domestic violence
to HIV/AID’s, child protection, literacy and school attendance,
agricultural innovations, to dangers of poppy cultivation and drug use.
