What we made them achieve : We were pioneers in
growing the white Spirit category in India; and ABSOLUT
holds 82% market share today in the imported Vodka
segment. It also has a value Share of 25% in the entire
White Spirit segment with a 60% volume share in the
complete Vodka segment which includes Imported as well
as Indian Vodka
What they wanted : Training and Development of sales
Staff in AMERICAN EXPRESS and recruitment of Sales
personnel from NIS SPARTA LTD.

What we did : Imparted Training and provided solutions
on the Development of AMERICAN EXPRESS staff and
implemented the recruitment of Sales personnel from NIS
SPARTA LTD.
