1. Question 5: How did you attract/address your audience?

2. My reaction Overall ithink that i was able to attract the audience i wanted. I showed the magazine to four people 2 people who like metal and 2 people who are into different music. I did this because i wanted to see if their reactions were any different. They were actually very similar except for a few questions and one of them was able to see links between my magazine and another Kerrang!. You can see I have put the questions and responses i asked underneath in other slides so you are able to view them.

3. Questions? Is the genre of the magazine clear? What type of audience do you think it represents? What do you think of the colour scheme i went with? What do you think about the images? Eg: whether you think another image would of been more appropriate etc. What do you think about the features? What do you think about the interview? Is the price fair and would you buy the magazine?

You wouldnt expect to see a picture like that on front of a pop magazine would ya? Q2. Umm.....teenagers? I dunno. Cool people i guess. You know those kids who listen to music like escape the fate and love to mosh :D Q3. The colour scheme is very nice. Black and red = Metal :D Q4. I like them :D. The pose on the front cover looks very angry and headbangerish is that a word? Liking the poster images of The Blackout and The urgency :). Also the image on the contents page is cool glad to see some females. Hmm the close up shots of the guitar on the double page spread are pretty awesome. Loving the middle finger XD Q5. Features are pretty awesome. Kind of reminds me of Kerrang! Which is good cause i read Kerrang! Q6. Hmm....Very interesting . I quite liking the readers questions :) Q7. Yeah it is at a good price for one i can afford it XD. Yeah i would buy it seems like a cool magazine though it needs some Escape The Fate!!!

5. Second Response Name: Jack E Age: 17 Interests: Skateboarding, Drums, Rock/Metal/Scremo music, xbox Q1. This is just a wild guess but metal? Lol Q2. I think it represents young people. Mainly male who are full of tats and piercings and go grrr at concerts. Q3. Never go wrong with black and red especially for a metal mag. Q4. Images are pretty cool. Biting his guitar such a rebel. Its good see so females in the mag but really i think metal is more a male thing. Im not sexist btw XD Q5. I like the features. I has many bands i listen to and FREE POSTERS :D Oh also it teaches you guitar what’s not to like? Q6. Its alright its just like any other interview really. Q7. It’s fairly cheap :D and sure i would it seems pretty cool.

6. Third Response Name: Shelby C Age:16 Interests: watching tv, Jonas brothers, hanging out with friends. Q1. Im going to go for metal/rock :) Q2. I think it a magazine for goths or people who are in to metal. I dont think many older people would read it so im going to say its for teenagers. Q3. I like it. Very metal :D Q4. I like the front cover one. It looks very angry and cool you can tell by that that it is a metal mag. I like the close up off the female on the contents page and its nice to see a female editor. The images on the double page spread are cool too. I like the big image with him sticking his finger up and the close up of his face. Made me laugh :) Q5. Well im not really into metal music but i would say that they would interest anyone who is. Q6. Its very informative and the readers questions was very interesting. Q7. I think its a good price. No i wouldn’t because its just not my type of music .

Red and black are cool but would of been good to see something else other than those traditional rockcolours. How about green and orange?Lol Q4. Features are good i recognise many metal bands though it would of been cool to see other things like real life stuff you know? Q6. Alright.
