Quarterly                 Performance                                        Competition Upon request of ProKarma and the division of inside sales, I present to you:
A Points System This competition is based on points that are compiled at the end of each quarter. The points are tallied on an individual basis. The system is reset each quarter; points are set to zero.
Where do the points come from? Conversation with contact:  2 points Actual conversation A point of contact that aids in your reputation with this person Meeting:  10 points Solution Group Meeting: 25pts Must be planned Conference call Face to face meeting “Lunch and learn” or other group situation meeting with constitutes 2 points for each additional decision maker present.  Requirement:  15 points A proposed requirement of an actual position or contract to be filled. Points are distributed when the requirement is given: email, in writing, over the phone (an over the phone req. must be followed up and confirmed by an outside sales rep) Master Services Agreement:  40points Points are distributed when all paperwork is completed and signed. - add normalizing data if close with time off
Here’s The Deal  If your activities lead to a position or positions placed, each deal will be worth  60 points  to your quarterly score!
The Honor System Each representative is responsible for keeping track of points earned. “keeping track” means being able to prove with credible info that the points were earned, i.e.; detailed notes of the conversation taken place. A reminder: the company ProKarma has the philosophical term “karma” contained within; by breaking the rules of the honor system, karma will have it’s way with the negative energy of that decision!
Quarterly Incentives 1st place $350.00 payout !! 2nd place $100.00 payout ! 3rd place $50.00 payout If 3rd place receives less than 600 points in the quarter, the allotted $50.00 will be distributed between 1st and 2nd place winners at a value of $25.00 each.
