This document outlines the rules for an internal sales competition at ProKarma. It is based on a points system where representatives earn points each quarter for activities like conversations, meetings, and securing requirements or contracts. The top three representatives based on total points earned will receive cash payouts of $350 for 1st, $100 for 2nd, and $50 for 3rd. Representatives are responsible for tracking their own points earned through detailed notes. The competition resets each quarter with points set back to zero.
