Java George & Sophie’s
Have featured several sweet treats, to give and to
share, during Valentine’s Day and Easter. Students
can't seem to get enough chewy, sweet or savory
snacks. Our “On the Go” program has brought fresh
fruit, parfaits, snack boxes, sandwiches and salads
for students to grab while on the run. So many
options including combos such as “Buy Any Fresh
Baked Pastry & Get a Free 8oz Drip Coffee” Or
“Make It a Combo By Adding Chips and a 20oz
Bottled Beverage For 1.99 More”. Even though the
weather is unpredictable, you can be sure you'll
find a hot or cold beverage to satisfy your thirst.
March Madness
To celebrate the NCAA March Madness, Martha’s &
Create held a little competition.
Week 1
Students received 5% off the four top selling items
at each location.
Week 2
Students received 10% off the two top selling items
at each location.
Week 3
Students received 15% off the top selling item at
each location.

Looking Ahead…..
Surveys went out to students to start a discussion on
what new menu options students would like to see
offered. Possibilities include Einstein Bagels, a
Convenience store with more “On the Go” items,
snacks, sushi, juice bar, milk shakes. Exciting to
think that renovations could be coming soon!
“Passing out samples allows me to interact with the
students on a more personal level. Everyone seemed to
like the Oreo Smoothie and really appreciated that I
took the time to go around and let them know about
the new menu items we have to offer. Since then, I’ve
had a few customers come up and greet me by name;
the fact that we’re not separated by a counter and cash
register, makes it nice too! ”
