WORK EXPERIENCE
QC/QA SUPERVISOR 2008 – Present
 Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management.
Supervising all regulatory compliance activities and helping to enforce
quality policies and best practice principals covering the safety, design,
production and inspection.
 I am fully trained on measurement of geometrical and dimensional
inspection on latest machines like Faro Arm, CMM, Laser Tracker,
Theodolite, Faro 3D Scanner, Conventional Measuring Instruments and other
many metrology tools as per ISO Standers.
 I am fully trained on measurement of Blades i.e. Stator, Rotor etc. on
CMM.
Duties:
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
• Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.
• Ensuring that all QC/QA Tests are carried out well in time.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
• Keeping quality documentation up to date.
• Making sure that all QC records, data & information are available to managers.
• Arranging the repair of any QC related equipment that is malfunctioning.
• Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction.
• Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations.
• Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out.
