The QoWL CoP is a group of proactive NNSY personnel thinking strategically about what the future of NNSY should look like and accomplishing actions that get us there. Their purpose statement is: “ For every employee at NNSY to be able to acknowledge : MY life at work is a pleasant, safe and fair work environment, with open communication for all, which will empower ME to be effective in accomplishing MY job at NNSY, as well as assisting MY fellow workers to accomplish the same.”
