Package - all you have to do is review
with your client and have them sign the
approved copy.
Homeowners Insurance
Feel free to provide policy as
part of Full Package upload.
You’ll be required to enter agent
contact information so that we
can verify the policy.
Payoffs
Payoffs of residential liens
against property being
refinanced through new
loan obtained.
Subordinations
We can work subordinate
lending institutions however,
we recommend you handle
ordering subordinations.
Title Services
Check the box for Title Source on your Refi
transaction and we’ll take care of the rest!
If you choose to work with another title
provider, you’ll need to upload the title for
the Refi.
VOE & VOM
• Verbal VOEs obtained on all loans.
• Written VOEs ordered and obtained when requested by
UW.
• Verifications of rent and deposits ordered and obtained
when requested by UW.
