provided - payable upon engagement of services

3. Comprehensive file review and
package analysis
Prior to Submission to any lender, we will review
your entire package and provide you with a Preliminary
determination (including DO/DU/LP findings if applicable)
and note any deficiencies to help you submit a one touch
file.
$500 - payable upon loan funding
4. Appraisal review and rebut
Will prepare a comprehensive appraisal analysis, review
and written rebut of original appraisals, review appraisals,
second appraisals, etc.
$500.00 total - ($250.00 payable upon engagement of
services, remaining $250.00 only upon successful
completion of rebuttal)
5. Investor Issues
We will help you respond to any outstanding repurchase
requests, seller suspension notices, outstanding
compliance issues as well as any quality control concerns
raised by any regulatory body, investor, auditor or
otherwise.
