2. Company Introduction
Qingdao KTech Food Consultancy Co., Ltd. is
a privately owned foreign investment
company located in the Free Trade Zone of
Qingdao City. The company was established
in February 2010 by UK Food Safety and
Quality expert, Kevin Tilstone. The range of
services include Quality Systems
implementation and management, food
safety compliance auditing, training, crisis
management coaching, withdrawal & recall
systems implementation, sourcing and
trading reports.
3. Company Mission Statement
Qingdao KTech Food Consultancy Co., Ltd. shall provide a
range of services related to Food Safety and Quality
Management. We aim to do so by offering a standard of
service over and above the industry standard in China and
Asia Pacific. The quality of service shall be determined to
experience and formal training held by the company
directors and staff. The services provided shall also have an
element of cross national and cross cultural knowledge and
awareness. We shall aim to be reliable and adaptable to
many different situations. We understand the key to
continued success is meeting and surpassing the standards
required by our customers on a consistent basis. Our aims
will, therefore, include regular performance appraisal,
training and research.
4. Company History
2010: Company established as a Wholly Foreign Owned
Enterprise in Qingdao Free Trade Zone.
2010 – 2011: Company establishes base in China with the main
emphasis on second party auditing.
2011 - 2012: The company founder and owner undertakes a
year long project in Yunnan, China establishing
quality systems at a company supplying a large
UK distributor.
2012: Company now in a position to develop moving
into a new office and recruiting new staff. Lucie
Tisserand joins the company as a partner and
shareholder.

1. We shall remain strongly client focussed with high emphasis
placed on reliability, flexibility, and accuracy.
2. We shall be focussed on continuous improvement setting
corporate targets each month then reviewing performance
against target.
3. We shall operate a strategic investment plan to ensure that all
personnel receive the training and development that they need
and that the quality of facilities and equipment are maintained
to a high standard.
4. We are committed to ethical trading and environmental
protection. We shall carry out the company’s tasks with our
employees’ welfare at heart and with due care to efficient use of
water, electricity, use of printing materials, packaging etc.
5. We shall carry out all company activities in an efficient,
systematic and organized fashion.
