Craig Woolhouse - The Use of Pulsed DC Holiday Detectors for Field Testing Pi...Ramy Saboungui
The document discusses using pulsed DC holiday detectors to test pipeline coatings for flaws in the field. It describes common coating flaws like pinholes, runs and sags. Standards for porosity detection testing are outlined, including formulas for determining test voltages based on coating thickness from groups like NACE, ASTM, and ISO. Continuous DC and pulsed DC testing methods are compared, with pulsed DC recommended when direct connection to the substrate is not possible or the coating is damp. Selecting the proper test voltage is key to detect flaws without damaging coatings. Care must be taken with low dielectric strength coatings.
This document provides information about SMD common mode chokes from the company P&Z Electronics. It lists specifications for impedance, DC resistance, rated current, insulation resistance, and rated voltage for various part numbers in the PSCM0907 series. The chokes are designed to prevent common mode noise and emissions from power lines and are suitable for applications with high current like vehicles and wireless charging.
Uniohm resistors datasheet for car -anti-sulfurized thick film chip resistors...Felix Law
This Uniohm resistors datasheet for car 1%-5%, anti-sulfurized thick film chip resistors, ns02~ns12 series. Allchips is the authorized distributor of Uniohm.
UNIOHM recommend the storage condition temperature: 15℃~35℃, humidity :25%~75%.
(Put condition for individual product).
Even under UNIOHM recommended storage condition, solderability of products over 1 year old.
(Put condition for each product) may be degraded.
Store / transport cartons in the correct direction, which is indicated on a carton as a symbol.
Otherwise bent leads may occur due to excessive stress applied when dropping of a carton.
Product performance and soldered connections may deteriorate if the products are stored in the following places:
a. Storage in high Electrostatic.
b. Storage in direct sunshine、rain and snow or condensation.
This document provides specifications for TE Connectivity's slimline PCN and PCNH series general purpose low power PCB relays. The PCN relay has a 1 pole 5A normally open contact, operates at 120mW, and is only 5mm wide, allowing for high packing density. The PCNH has a single contact and higher performance 180mW coil. Both comply with RoHS and offer cadmium-free contacts. The document provides detailed contact, coil, insulation, mechanical, and other technical data for the relays.
This document outlines specifications for insulation mats used for electrical purposes according to Indian Standard IS:15652-2006. The mats provide safety from electrical shock for workers in environments involving electricity generation, transmission, distribution, or use. The mats have high dielectric strength up to 65kV and insulation resistance up to 1494000 mega ohms. They are made from highly electrically resistant elastomers and come in various thicknesses and sizes to meet different voltage ratings for working environments involving voltages from 3.3kV up to 65kV.
Plymouth Premium 85 CW tape is an 8.5 mil (0,21mm) all weather, professional grade, pressure sensitive vinyl tape that provides heavier thickness for added mechanical and electrical protection. Cold and weather resistant. Flame retardant. Premium 85 CW can be used as primary insulation for cable splices at not more than 600 Volts. Excellent protective jacket over all types of cable splices. Excellent cold weather performance. UL 510, ASTM-D-3005, MIL-I-24391C.
For control circuits unenclosed, enclosed in conduit, buried direct or in underground ducts for commercial, industrial, mining and electricity authority systems where mechanical damage may occur. The 90°C cable is used where improved aging properties to those of 75°C PVC insulated cable are required because of higher ambient temperatures.
