attack upon my family”. Date of receiving FORGED FDA LICENSE OF MY
DRUGS IS BEFORE MAKING AN AGREEMENT WITH ME. Here again this torture
has had occurred only because Government of India’s FDA OFFICE JOINT
COMMISSIONER OF KOKAN DIVISION OF FDA OF THANE MUST HAD TAKEN LOT
OF BRIBE IN PREPARING FORGED FDA LICENSE. Therefore Government of India
cannot keep aloof by stating that matter involves between private company and
inventor. IF CORRUPT FDA OFFICE HAD NOT TO ISSUE FORGED LICENSE
TO CIPLA, MY FAMILY’S TORTURE COULD HAVE HAD BEEN SAVED. Only

19) The Honourable Controller of Patents of Mumbai expressed inability of
renewing my patent property though once I paid fee in 2010 by paying fees with
fine from the time Cipla limited made an agreement with me (2007) till today
(2014). My patent is not seen on International Web Site {www.}, for which Cipla
Limited is responsible. Cipla certainly does not have so many rights to destroy
freedom of individual inventor in Democrat India.
20) Lastly rehabilitate my family by issuing us BHARAT GAS AGENCY at
BHOR TOWNSHIP & AMBAD AREA OF NASHIK.
21) I am struggling at the age of 57 for rehabilitation of my
Handicapped family. This is only because of Congress Government’s
approach of looking at HANDICAPPED. I REGRET BY MY HEART. My
family had not been given a chance to live normal life by Congress
Government. Usually people plan out way of living for future at this age.
Today I have no money to teach my own lonely daughter and then
forget about her wedding. Why my family was LOOKED-DOWN to such
an extent by Congress Government????

to keep in touch with him.
Now the Chief Drug Controller General of India has shown interest in
commercializing my Allopathic drugs of Yashoderm meant for total cure of
Incurable Eczematous skin disease only after I showed document of United
States National Research Academy of notifying barium peroxide getting
synthesized in our human body daily to the extent of 0.00035 milligrams
per kilograms of body weight per day.Thus barium peroxide is one of the
chemical getting synthesized in our body and we were (Medical World) were not
knowing of this fact. I notified first-time in this World of existence of barium
peroxide within our human body. I give money-return warranty to get recovered
from acanthotic dark, ugly-looking thick skin of my eczema and nummular
eczema of patients. My struggle is not over because Chief DCGI demanded to
pay Rs. 50000/- towards getting permit license, which I do not possess. Chief
DCGI Office demand of paying permit license fee is legal act, but I am bankrupt
inventor.
a) I Re-contacted Cipla and asked them to contact DCGI and get license from
them and market in India. Cipla not only denied being positive of my
efforts, but they called POLICE and asked three members of my
family (My wife, my daughter and myself) to leave their main office.
Why???? My family never have criminal background but in fact Cipla
Limited of Mumbai allured my family, showed us forged FDA License,
made an agreement with us and made successful theft of my invented
best, Allopathic drug of curing Eczema and Dandruff. I may be lonely
un-employed poor acquired double handicapped inventor living
below poverty level on daily wedges but I am certainly not a
beggar. Poverty is not crime.
b) I am not in position to fight in the court of law against Cipla due to
very weak health and cannot walk without walker. I always need
two assistants to look after me while travelling. Also I my financial
status is worst. Being lonely acquired double handicapped having
COMMUNICATION GAP, Government of India will have to give me
my expected JUSTICE as citizen of India.
NO SINGLE PERSON; EVEN DCGI HIMSELF CAN NOT DEVELOP “NCE”
BY HIMSELF. Barium Peroxide is not very new because its analogue barium
sulphate is used in Radiology for oral use. MY INVENTED DRUG IS
ABSOLUTELY MEANT “FOR EXTERNAL PURPOSE ONLY”. I hold all scientific
reports. Every chance is given to our own inventions instead of running after

Nation, recently told that we must not run after technologies, but

same. DCGI must have helping attitude in APPROVING my
YASHODERM and Central Ministry can take care of “NCE”. DRUG IS

I come from very poor family and I am a medical graduate with M.B.B.S.

accident. I lost my hearing power totally as I met in a road accident. Lot of
efforts was made to regain my hearing power. I was diagnosed as hypertensive.
Later one of the neurophysician, who put me on long-term steroid therapy, to
regain my hearing power absolutely damaged my both hip joints. I was not able
to walk one step also. Then I went under cochlear implant surgery of my right
ear and went under left THR. Now my left hip artificial joint is dislocated since
last five years. I have decided to now to live remaining life just as I can? I
cannot walk without help of walker.
With all the odds in my life, coming from most poor family, and due to
responsibilities of looking after whole family, I did not go for post graduation. I
concentrated my practice in the field of Dermatology, because of limitations of
practicing active medical practice. With my sincere scientific efforts and grace of
the Almighty, I invented an allopathic drug “YASHODERM” to treat eczemas and
dandruff in best way possible. I received “PATENT” for the same and also
received National Award of the Handicapped from the Honourable hands of
former PRESIDENT OF INDIA (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam) at Vigyan Bhavan of New
Delhi. Later I was honoured as “INVENTOR OF INDIA” by IIMA, AHMEDABAD.

Handicapped for the invention of Allopath drug and my Honorable
President of India took absolutely impartial decision of holding my
conference in front of all scientists of nation {Government as well as

WORLD, DR. A. P. J. ABDUL KALAM IS NOT FOLLOWED. Great scientists always
have inclination of giving an OPPERTUNITY to speak of innovator invention. In
science there is exception for every rule. Opportunity must be given to even
smallest inventor possessing all proper scientific documents to speak out of his
invention that has had been clinically proved for the society. The greatest
scientist of this Nation; my former President of India has had expressed the
desire of holding my special conference of my invention. I received his letter
very late after he had finished his terms. Later I tried my best to contact
President’s Office as per advice I received from Mr. Prasad, private secretary of
my former President of India, but my file never reached in her hands. Now I am
trying to contact you all.
Now I have invented safest natural drug curing psoriasis most successfully
without recurrences. Also my invented “SuswasthyaChurna” is one of the plant-
origin safest, products that do not have any side effects. It dissolves all cystic

lot of bribe to issue FORGED LICENSE to Cipla.

Points of observation in Cipla’s agreement and FDA license, -
1) How Corporate World gambles INNOCENT INDIVIDUAL INVENTORS OF
INDIA?? Cipla’s gambling is first to note that assurance of giving me
royalty is not noted in an agreement.
2) In agreement it is ruled by BRITISH LAW to individual citizen of Democrat
India. Agreement was made on 27/07/2007.
3) Cipla prepared FDA License before DATE OF AGREEMENT, which I found
out from RTI Documents.
4) In FDA license, they entered past licensing dates as 13/5/2002 to
12/5/2007 dated 17/5/2002 {In FORM-25 A}, when agreement is
made on 27/5/2007. This is forged document and joint
commissioner Shri. B. L. NEHETE of Kokan division of FDA is also
involved in preparing the same. B.L. NEHETE is corrupt and needs
imprisonment.

5) Cipla did not know at all method of preparing shampoo. They
learned from me at their Vikroli Unit of Mumbai and later they
brought “8x” shampoo using my formula and bearing same
licensing number KD-1281 A which was taken for export purpose
of my Yashoderm {They named as Cipderm}. Why same licensing
number for export drug and drug getting distributed in India?????
Previous Government did not realise facts of my torture by Cipla and they
got it from public in recent general election as congress is absolutely
vanished or evaporated in atmosphere without existence.
Since last seven years Union Government left alone Terrorist Cipla as their VIP
Company and my family is burning on fire. WHY????? Cipla Limited is DEAD
{DOES NOT ACCEPT SOCIAL COMMITMENT, HONESTY, POLITENESS AND
SERVICE TO NATION FOR PUBLIC HEALTH CAUSE}, CULPRIT, WHITE-
TERRORIST, CUNNINGAND UNETHICAL ORGANIZATION OF BAD
ADMINISTRATORS.“NICIP” IS BANNED DRUG FROM INDIA DUE TO ITS
EXTREME TOXICITY AND MANY COUNTRIES BANNED THE SAME FROM
THEIR NATION. WHY CIPLA IS STILL ALLOWED TO
MANUFACTURE & MARKET THE SAME IN NATION.ONCE
DRUG IS BANNED, IT IS BANNED FOR EVER. CIPLA IS PLAYING WITH
THE LIVES OF CITIZENS OF INDIA FOR MINTING MONEY. SUCH
BEHAVIOUR OF CIPLA MUST NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is my own
experience and affirms the same. Cipla deserves punishment for paying
me damages or DARE TO SEAL THIS COMPANY. India has become
DUMPING STATION OF BANNED DRUGS RAW MATERIAL from many
countries of this World.
So far as ECZEMA is concerned, it is chronic glomerulatous skin disease process.
All skin allergies come under eczema. Thus eczema covers 80% of skin diseases.
In Dermatological drugs most drugs contain steroids. Also eczema is complex
disease, wherein no single drug ever can cure this disease. The acanthotic dark,
thick, ugly-looking skin and nummular presentation seen mostly in eczema are
INCURABLE ENTITIES of present World {My Allopath Yashoderm has claimed this
fact in my patent specifications} and no single Allopath anti-eczematous drug
cures the same. Yashoderm is proved as best hyperkeratolytic drug.With
my Allopath YASHODERM’S line of treatment eczema definitely gets cured
maximally in six months. If we consider heart attack, no single drug cures it and
we have to use multiple regime. Streptokinase injection works best as
thrombolytic drug and dissolves thrombus formed within coronary arteries.
Other regime will have to be followed to cure heart attack. In same way as to
cure chronic glomerulatous skin disease process; I have just claimed of curing
eczema with monthly one intramuscular injection of triamcinolone acetonide and
Yashoderm. Yashoderm is competent of curing incurable entities of eczema. My
claims of YASHODEM are specified in my patent documents. Drug is drug and it
is not expected to play with the lives of individual, independent that too double
handicapped inventor. Cipla did it so.
SEBI member must behave ethical and why Cipla behaved like white
terrorism??? I am extremely frightened to contact other companies and my legal
agreement is legally broken with Cipla as Cipla did not pay me even damages.
Some companies informed me that I do have right to demand if patent is in live
state or otherwise my demand is meaningless. They demand patent protection
from me.

WHY MY FAMILY’S TORTURE DONE BY CIPLA. DOES MONEY MAKE
CORPORATE WORLD SO GREEDY OF DESTROYING INDIVIDUAL LIVES???
SUCH ACT IS INTOLERABLE AND CIPLA DESERVES TO BE PUNISHED BY
ORDERING THEM TO PAY ME TEN CRORES OF INR.
This 2/3 World’s women {from African countries and Asian countries} will never

from Western World. I AM HOLDING FIRST OF ITS KIND OF
DISTINCTLY NOVEL INVENTION FROM THIS WORLD; OF
bio-technology drug that 1000% DISSOLVES ALL CYSTS
SEEN IN HUMAN BODY WITHOUT SURGERY. SAME DRUG
HAS IMPACT UPON BENIGN SWELLINGS, MAJOR KIDNEY
DISEASES AND ON MALIGNANCIES TOO. WILL I GET
JUSTICE????????????
IN MY OPINION 30% OF SURGERIES ARE UN-
NECESSARILY GETTING IMPOSED UPON HUMAN BODY.

Cipla Limited is company formed with group of people coming together to run
business. They succeeded them by entering share market and presently running
on public money. They are running company in profit. Making money is their
business.
Words like sympathy, mercy or clemency, peace or tranquillity,
forgiveness or pardon, humanity, human rights are not seen in
dictionary of Cipla Limited.
I am individual, independent, lonely acquired double
handicapped medical graduate of this nation remained unemployed or
self-employed professional and proved myself to be worthwhile for
human society by inventing many beneficial drugs.
Cipla very well planned like group terrorism and by alluring my family made
successful theft of my invented, patented drugs. As a company Cipla can study,
but CIPLA LIMITED TOO HAS NO RIGHT TO DESTROY MY PATENT PROPERTY
AFTER MAKING AN AGREEMENT WITH ME AND MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITY
COMES TO THEM DUE TO AGREEMENT.
My patent office controller of patents is not renewing my patent
property; other interested companies needs patent protection and showed
inability of paying royalty. On the other side Cipla is not bringing my invented
drugs; though chief DCGI showed interest in commercializing the same. I am not

in position to fight in the court of law against giant unethical organization.
Registrar of companies is showing inability to take decision. Everyone is passing
a buck upon COURT.The IAS Indian Officers like Commissioner,
Controllers, Registrar of companies, FDA Officers (MOST CORRUPT
OFFICERS OF NATION) and Research institutes are keeping aloof,
supporting Cipla without understanding my views and not daring to
clout Cipla Limited, who is absolutely misbehaving in public interest. I
doubt that Cipla is bribing them. However Pune’s Handicapped
Commissioner is highly Honest Personality [Rarest of Rare]. WHETHER
HONESTY, ETHICS HAVE LOST FROM THIS NATION. Being handicapped
having communication gap, I certainly have extreme limitations, but
