I am one of the rarest acquired double handicapped
medical graduates having suffering as the “victim of
patent piracy” first time in India by biggest
pharmaceutical Indian company named as cipla limited of
Mumbai Central. Why I am not getting DESERVING
JUSTICE in my life. Time and tide never waits for
anyone. My issue exactly what you are notifying today is
unexpected output of great mistakes of previous STATE &
UNION GOVERNMENT’S (CONGRESS) for not giving me
GOVERNMENT SERVICE or PETROL PUMP, when I was
pleading young medical graduate and made utmost
sincere efforts for seven years and had to give-up merely
due to non-co-operative nature of GOVERNMENTS RULED
me BY CONGRESS. THIS IS HIGHLY SENSITIVE
BECAUSE IT RELATES TO “HUMILIATING LIFE OF
MEDICAL GRADUATE”. Even today GOVERNMENTS are
in need of medical graduates having inert interest in
serving VILLAGE INDIA. I WAS ONE OF THEM WHO
LOVED VILLAGE INDIA. MY ISSUE EXACTLY FITS IN
AS RAREST OF RARE (Most Urgency Needed) TYPE,
BECAUSE ONE OF THE “SEBI” MEMBER CORPORATE
COMPANY (cipla limited of Mumbai Central
absolutely took advantage of lonely acquired
double handicapped inventor cum medical graduate
of INDIA) TORTURED MY FAMILY, DESTROYED MY
PATENT PROPERTY though it was their MUTUAL
RESPONSIBILITY promised to me of paying patent
fee after making AN AGREEMENT with me IN THE
HISTORY OF REPUBLIC INDIA. Cipla is very big Indian

company, who made pre-planned attack upon my family
and made theft of my patented drugs. Cipla has certainly
NO PRIMARY RIGHT to destroy Intellectual Property of
individual inventor. Cipla must be forced to pay me
damages, which is certainly right on humanitarian
grounds and scientifically too; because today DCGI;
Dr. V. G. SOMANI showed interest in
commercializing my invented drug. IT IS QUITE
SIMILAR LIKE BHOPAL’S UNITED CARBIDE OF USA
TRAGEDY. IT IS MANDATORY THAT FIRST LONELY
HIGHEST INTELLECTUAL ACQUIRED DOUBLE
HANDICAPPED MUST BE CONSIDERED, WHEN YOU
ARE GIVING THOUGHTS TO “WEAKER SECTION OF
SOCIETY” AND I MUST GET IMMEDIATELY
REHABILITATED ALONG WITH MY TORTURED
FAMILY BY CIPLA LIMITED. MY INDUSTRY WILL
REHABILITATE MAXIMUM COMPATIBLE HANDICAPPED OF
MY NATION. WE HANDICAPPED ARE LIVING BELOW
POVERTY LIFE IN INDIA. WILL YOU GIVE US

life in the field of Dermatology. No one on this Earth
can challenge my CLINICAL DATA. I am not standing
on wrong foundation at all. In 1999 I sent three letters
and did make three requests to that time DCGI for his
permission and permitting me for proceeding in my
preparation and collection of scientific data upon my
YASHODERM; invented drug found most beneficial in
curing eczema and had gained highest compliance from
public too but never got reply from Chief DCGI of that
time and I continued upon my research without his
permission letter, since I had firmly confirmed to sacrifice
my life in the field of Dermatology. My former President
of India also notified YASHODERM as “MALEGAON’S
treatment of Eczema”. Today Government of India is

showing interest in commercializing my all
invented drugs. Initially I am bringing my invented
drugs on my own as “COSMETIC DRUGS ALL OVER
INDIA” and applying for legal license to DCGI too as to
enter PHARMACUTICAL SECTOR. I humbly requesting
my Present Union Government to make appeal to
all State Governments of our nation to place order
of my invented drugs strongly proved to be
beneficial for skin diseases and lumps found in
human bodies only because I will rehabilitate
nation’s compatible handicapped in my unit. Once I
get basic initiative, later I will bring my drugs as per
norms of DCGI. Already National Biodiversity Authority
made an agreement with me. I sent my file to AYUSH for
their award too. I assure and promise you of
rehabilitating maximum Handicapped of my nation
under my unit. Now it is your turn to help me
prominently. I HOLD LEGAL PATENTS. One of them is
destroyed by your Cipla Limited of Mumbai. Why
patent property of HANDICAPPED INVENTOR IS
DESTROYED AND TOP POLITICIANS ARE KEEPING
ALOOF?? And not clouting private cipla being member of
SEBI??? Why INJUSTICE with me only.

I come from very poor family and I am a medical graduate with
M.B.B.S. degree, who unfortunately became double handicapped merely due to
road accident. I lost my hearing power totally as I met in a road accident. Lot of
efforts was made to regain my hearing power. I was diagnosed as hypertensive.
Later one of the neurophysician, who put me on long-term steroid therapy, to
regain my hearing power absolutely damaged my both hip joints. I was not able to
walk one step also. Then I went under cochlear implant surgery of my right ear and
went under left THR. Now my left hip artificial joint is dislocated since last five
years. I have decided to now to live remaining life just as I can? I cannot walk
without help of walker.
With all the odds in my life, coming from most poor family, and due
to responsibilities of looking after whole family, I did not go for post-graduation. I
concentrated my practice in the field of Dermatology, because of limitations of
practicing active medical practice. With my sincere scientific efforts and grace of the
Almighty, I invented an allopathic drug “YASHODERM” to treat eczemas and
dandruff in best way possible. I received “PATENT” for the same and also received
National Award of the Handicapped from the Honorable hands of former PRESIDENT
OF INDIA (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam) at Vigyan Bhavan of New Delhi. Later I was
honored as “INVENTOR OF INDIA” by IIMA, AHMEDABAD. “YASHODERM” is my one
of the “LIFE-TIME” achievement and an INTELLECTUAL WEALTH I POSSESS OF MY
LIFE.
I have invented five drugs like “PANDAVA” upon eczema, dandruff, psoriasis, lumps
seen in human body. MY BIOTECHNOLOGY DRUG DOES NOT CONTAIN STEROIDS
ANTI-CARCINOGENIC DRUG. IT IS BIOTECH DRUG FIRST OF ITS KIND IN THIS
WORLD OF CURING PSORIASIS MOST COMFORTABLY AND DISSOLVES ALL CYSTS
SEEN IN HUMAN BODY, SELECTED SOFT-TISSUE MASSES LIKE THYROID, POLY-
CYSTIC KIDNEY DISEASE, BENIGN ENLARGEMENT OF PROSTATE, PCOD WITH
PRIMARY INFERTILITY DOES CONCEIVES A CHILD.
NATIONAL BIODIVERSITY AUTHORITY has permitted me for its patent and made
“AN AGREEMENT” with me.
Never so far I was rehabilitated by Governments, private sectors, now I have five

back, made us anonymous in our lives in Nashik and destroyed my PATENT
PROPERTY TOO after making an agreement with me.
I propose myself to you to trust me. I want to form my own pharmaceutical
company. Please give me following,-

1) Industrial plot in Dindori MIDC of Nashik with fully constructed building and
implanted machines for preparing tablet, two types of powders, shampoo and
ointments.
2) Give me basic capital of two corers at low interest rate.
3) Give me orders of all state governments to supply drugs in their PHCs.
4) I will maximally rehabilitate maximum possible educated, compatible
HANDICAPPED IN MY INDUSTRY from all over India as medical
representatives, skilled workers.
5) I will be responsible for total rehabilitating selected handicapped completely
in my industry with their families.
6) Immediately give me licenses.
7) I sent SPIRAL FILE of my BIOTECHNOLOGY DRUG TO AYUSH to DR. M. M.
PADHI (Deputy Director {Technical}) of Central Council of Research in
Ayurvedic Sciences of New Delhi for their AWARD of five lacks to me of this
year. In my appointment I will show you all my credentials and true copies.
