Subject: - Lodging Criminal Complaint against Cipla Limited of Mumbai Central.
This is to bring it to your kind notification that I am individual,
independent, lonely acquired double handicapped medical graduate honored with
National Award of Handicapped by former Honorable President of India for the
invention of Allopath best drug treating eczema and dandruff. I became DEAF
merely due to road accident that changed my life. I have communication gap due to
hearing disability in spite of proper cochlear implant operation. My implant has
stopped functioning since last two and half years. New compatible Australian
FREEDOM IMPLANT is costing THREE LACKS that I do not possess. Made extreme
efforts of getting the same as donation but failed till today. I had also gone under
THR of left hip due to steroid therapy adopted by one neurophysician. Later again
with second accident I landed in compound fracture of left THR femur corrected by
open surgery and fixing chrome plate and nails. The total structure of artificial parts
in my left leg got detached with bending of some nails, shortening of length of my

left leg by 4.2 inches since last three years. I have decided to live life like that only.
Money, rehabilitation are major problems of my life.
On top of such suffering life CIPLA LIMITED OF MUMBAI CENTRAL;
MUMBAI had made theft of my patented drugs by taking legal license from kokan
division of Thane FDA Office. Cipla made lot of money in those five years. Later in
2007 cipla contacted me personally, took advantage of my handicapped life, made
an agreement, assured us legal royalty (ten crores INR in thirteen years). They
further assured me of paying patent fee regularly since 2007.
In reality cipla limited did not pay patent fee and never paid a single paisa
even after assurance that within six months I shall start getting my legal royalty. In
2010 I contacted patent office and they showed inability of renewing my patent.
STILL PATENT PERIOD OF 20 YEAR IS NOT OVER. I hold its legal patent and all
relevant original proofs are with me.
I notified through RTI papers taken from Kokan FDA office of Thane that
Cipla had taken manufacturing license from same office of my patented drugs
without my permission. Many times I brought this matter to GOI who
always kept aloof.
Cipla Limited made an agreement with me on 27 / 2 / 2007
likely to renew license legally with my consent and pay me royalty.
FINALLY I WANT TAX-EXEMPTED DAMAGES FROM CIPLA
LIMITED OF MUMBAI CENTRAL; OF MUMBAI TO THE TUNE OF TEN CRORES
OF INR.
I object my honor that Cipla Limited broke my PATENT RIGHTS from
2002 to 2007.
Details of Cipla’s theft,-
 My Patent No – 187687 dated 20 / 4 / 2001.
 Date of FDA License taken by Cipla Limited for my patented drugs without
my permission from Kokan FDA Office of Thane through Joint Commissioner
B. L. NEHETE on date – 17 / 5 / 2002 with license number KD-1281-A;
dated 13 / 5 / 2002.
 Cipla’s Agreement date with me – 27 / 2 /2007.
 Re-application for license to Kokan FDA Office of Thane – 13 / 7 / 2007.
Cipla had done lot of business and earned millions of dollars in
abroad or in India too upon my patented drugs for FIVE YEARS PERIOD OR
MORE SO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I am concerned for the fact that
Cipla Limited MADE THEFT OF MY PATENTED DRUGS SINCE 2002, I
BROUGHT THIS MATTER IN FRONT OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES, BUT

THEY FAILED TO GIVE ME JUSTICE, WHICH WAS THEIR PRIME DUTY OF
PRTECTING PATENT RIGHTS. I WANT TEN CRORES INR WITH TAX
EXEMPTION EITHER FROM CIPLA OR GOVERNMENT. So far I am
concerned both of them (Cipla Limited and GOI) were behaving like best
friends in past Government’s time. I have confidence in Honorable Prime
Minister NARENDRA MODI’S GOVERNMENT.
Cipla had done double criminal crime against handicapped
family’s intellectual property. When cipla made an agreement with
me by coming to my door steps, promised us paying legal royalty and
patent fee too and requested us to co-operate with them by
DISCLOSING COMPLETE FIRST HAND DOCUMENTS. So we did not pay
patent fee from 2007 till now.
My Intellectual Property is not seen online. When I inquired in
patent office, realized that cipla did not pay even patent fee and did not pay
even royalty to my family. I wanted to pay patent fee with fine since patent
is live till 2021, but patent office denied renewing my patent.
Lastly I want tax-exempted TEN CRORES INR immediately
from Cipla Limited of Mumbai Central of MUMBAI, who is SEBI
member and such act ethically does not suit SEBI MEMBER COMPANY
that gets extreme help directly from GOI.

ME WITH SOME ADVANCEMENT, PERMITTED ME BY BIOTECH, BUT PATENT OFFICE
OF MUMBAI IS STILL HOLDING MY PATENT INSTEAD OF APPROVING THE SAME.
EVEN IF THE BOSS ORDERS TO ISSUE PATENT, THE OFFICE IS LOOKING AT SUCH
INCIDENCE AS ANNOCENCE FACT. MY SINCERE HUNDRED TIMES SALUTES TO
NATION AND BEST WISHES FOR DEVELOPED INDIA.

DIGITAL GOVERANANCE? WHO IS FOLLOWING ORDERS OF MY HONORABLE PRIME
MINISTER OF INDIA NARENDRA MODIJI; WHO IS STEEL-MAN OF NATION GOT
INDIAN PUBLIC AS PM?

FROM ME, BUT GOI IS BLIND AND NOT INTERESTED TO NOTIFY ME ON
NATIONAL LEVEL AGAIN LIKELY BECAUSE I AM HANDICAPPED. THEY NEED
FRIENDSHIP OF PEOPLE LIKE SALMAN KHAN AGAINST WHOM CASES ARE PENDING
IN THE COURT OF LAW.
POLITICS AND THEIR AMBITIONS ARE WORLD KNOWN. MY FINAL
DEMANDS ARE,-
1) I WANT DAMAGES FROM CIPLA LIMITED FOR MAKING THEFT OF MY
PATENTED DRUGS AND WAS MINTING MONEY UPON MY PATENTED DRUGS
WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. FDA LICENSE PROVES FACTS OF CIPLA’S THEFT.
EVEN BLIND PERSON WILL BOLDLY SAY THAT CIPLA IS ABSOLUTELY AT
FAULT DESRVING TO PAY DAMAGES. CIPLA IS NOT BIGGER THAN
ALLOPATH DRUG INVENTOR’S LIFE.
2) MAY SOME MAGNANIMOUS PERSONALITY DONATE ME AUSTRALIAN
COCHLEAR COMPATIBLE “FREEDOM” HEARING IMPLANT COSTING JUST
THREE LACKS OF INR.
3) IPR, TECHNOLOGIES, SCIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE ARE MOST
VALUABLE THAN MONEY. MANY RICH PEOPLE FROM THIS WORLD GETS
FADEUP OFF MONEY AND STARTS DONATING AND GETTING INVOLVED IN
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
4) I HAVE PROMPT DESIRE OF FORMING PHARMACEUTICAL THAT WILL
PROVIDE INITIALLY MY INVENTED DRUGS BENEFICIAL TO HUMAN BEINGS
FOR SELECTED DISEASES AT CHEAPEST PRICE POOR CAN AFFORD. LATER I
WILL BRING ALL GENERIC BASIC ROUTINE DRUGS OF GENERAL PRACTICE
AT BOTTOM DOWN PRICE FOR JANATA OF INDIA. MY INDUSTRY’S
ANOTHER AIM WILL BE TOWARDS REHABILITATING MAXIMUM

5) I am making humble request to all politicians of India and people working in
Union Government Service or any State Government Service either as
officers or clerical level that we HANDICAPPED ARE HUMAN BEINGS AND
“TREAT US AS HUMAN BEINGS”. You need not support us, but NONE OF
YOUR CORPORATE WORLD & you all have NO RIGHT TO DESTROY
OUR INELLECTUAL PROPERTY. THIS WORLD WILL DEFINITELY SPIT
UPON YOU OR THEY WILL TREAT YOU ONLY AS CORRUPT DEVILS.
