Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

(57) Abstract :
The Hydraulic oil is the lifeline of the Aircraft in the same manner as blood is of a human body. The Hydraulic oil is responsible for the proper functioning of the
Aircraft flight control systems like undercarriage system during takeoff and landing, hydro boosters and jacks for operating the different control systems. The Aircraft
being highly sophisticated machinery the Hydraulic oil has to be of a very high standard as far as cleanliness of oil is concerned. If the Hydraulic oil is not of a very high
grade of cleanliness it can cause system wear and also lead to the Hydraulic system failure during flight which can be easily termed as a huge loss considering the cost
of the Aircraft and more importantly the time, effort and money required to train a combat pilot. I, Wg Cdr Suraj Kumar myself being a fighter pilot and having served
the Indian Airforce for 22 years was aware of these things. I since the beginning of my career in the IAF had a technical bent of mind and used to spend a lot of time
with the technical staff responsible for the maintenance of the Aircrafts which I used to fly. As a result of this I gained immense knowledge about the various Aircraft
systems and the maintenance procedures followed to ensure flight safety. In the year 2011,1 decided to undertake Research and Development in the field of Hydraulic
Oil systems in the Indian Air Force as by this time I had able support in the form of my son who had completed his B.Tech and MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, a top 15 B-
School of the country. In the initial part of my research I made visits to various Indian Air Force Stations to study the Hydraulic systems of the Aircrafts. After
thoroughly studying and analyzing the various Hydraulic systems I came to the conclusion that a traditional oil filtration system will not work on the Aircraft as the
pressure required to actuate the Hydraulic system is very high and cannot be taken by any filtration system which is capable of filtering the oil to a Super-clean standard
(i.e. NAS 3 level or below). During my initial visits I also studied the procedures by which the oil is filled into the aircraft and also how it is drained out. Moreover, I
also studied the quality of the fresh oil bought by the Air Force. During this phase of research I came across the Hydraulic Servicing Trolley, commonly referred to as
the HST. This HST is equipment which is used to bring the oil to a very high pressure (200 bar) so as to bring about the circulation of oil in the Aircraft Hydraulic
system and actuate the undercarriage and various rudders without switching on the Aircraft. I decided to develop a process in which first the oil in the HST is cleaned to
Super-clean level and then circulated in the Aircraft. After doing repeated experiments, I was able to formulate a definite process using which the oil in the Aircraft can
be brought to Super-clean level and then be maintained at that same level. The details of the process are given in the complete description separately

(57) Abstract :
At present the endoscopy is most advanced technique in the medical diagnostics and therapeutics- However this is a costly modality;
consequently sparingly used in our country Now a days many mobile handsets are available in market with good camera If one could
use a mobile handset for recording of endoscopy images then they will be widely used, cheaper and convenient Thus correct medical
records too can be documented and used for various purposes- I have devised a coupling device for the recording of endoscopy
images- This device can couple any mobile handset to any endoscopy device with ease- There is a four winged platform with central
aperture to hold a holder that will fit in to the viewers end of endoscope- There four wings of variable lengths and midline slot to
accommodate a sliding holder blade mounted on a gear assembly At the end of each wing there is a box containing a gear assembly of
a fly wheel, pinion, and threaded axle- This gear assembly converts rotary movements to linear one- Thus any mobile handset can be
correctly mounted on the platform and image can be seen- Though any image could be recorded without help but there are many
limitations and difficulties Not all can master this technique- If any endoscopist uses this coupling device in their clinical practice then
they will not need video camera-

(57) Abstract :
The present invention provides cost effective and time saving ferrocast construction system with high quality assurance for casting the
sections in moulds with self compacting mortar. The self compacting mortar used herein flows to all parts of the mould like water
without segregation of sand particles from cement slurry. The reinforced Ferro-cage is placed in the moulds. Design of the moulds
depends on the ease of casting and de-shuttering. Also the moulds used in this system are reusable. This system eliminates the
formwork of columns, beams, slabs at the site and hence eliminates the expensive transportation and labor costs associated therewith
and reduces the delays in the construction. Weight of the sections in this system is about 1/3 that of the conventional cross sections.
This ferrocast construction system has very high ductility, high tensile and shear strength.

(57) Abstract :
Migraine is usually associated with recurrent headaches, anorexia, gastric stasis, nausea and vomiting. The analgesics which are
administered to reduce the pain during migraine are poorly absorbed due to gastric stasis. Hence the formulation used for the treatment
of migraine must relieve the pain and the associated symptoms. The present invention is related to a bilayer tablet comprising an
immediate release first layer containing an effective amount of a prokinetic agent, granisetron hydrochloride, and a sustained release
second layer containing an effective amount of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent, diclofenac sodium, along with the
pharmaceutically acceptable ingredients. The formulation shows an immediate release of granisetron hydrochloride from the first layer
followed by sustained release of diclofenac sodium for a period of 8 hrs. Thus the bilayer tablet of granisetron hydrochloride and
diclofenac sodium may be efficient in treatment of migraine and associated symptoms followed by reduction in dosing frequency.
