Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of
opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under
section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,
2006.
Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and
abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as
per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.4/- per page. If any further details are required to be
obtained, the same can be provided by the respective Patent Offices on request.

Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,
Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.
The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.
SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.
However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken
for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months
from the date of second publication, provided that there is there is no third party representation.

Bubble columns and Airlift photobioreactors can be useful for culturing phototrophic organisms like microalgae requiring light
as a nutrient. Light availability in bubble columns and airlift devices is influenced by aeration rate,
gas holdup, and the liquid velocity (mixing and turbulence). The photosynthetically generated oxygen also needs to be removed,
as excessive dissolved oxygen suppresses photosynthesis. However such Photobioreactors are to be constructed from transparent glass
or plastic material so as to provide an interface for the light to penetrate the liquid broth. This material of construction viz. plastic
further reduces the strength of the photobioreactor and hampers scale up. Incorporating fiber optic based light illumination inside the
Bubble Column Photobioreactors increases area required for light penetration inside the algal slurry. Large scale Photobioreactors can
thus be constructed from strong non-glass materials like steel without compensating the photosynthetic efficiency of the phototrophic
organisms.

Sulfonamide chalcone derivatives are new class of compounds having antioxidative, antihypertensive, anti-allergic, anti-malerial, anti-
leishmanial, anti-inflammatory, insecticidal, antimicrobial, and anti-tubercular and they effectively inhibit glucosidases which are the
major targets in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes and HIV infection. In the present invention series of newer sulfonamide chalcone
derivatives were prepared by easy simple greener method. The formed sulfonamide chalcone derivatives were tested for antifungal
activity. The activity was observed against Aspergillus niger (MTCC 1789), Trichoderma viridae (MTCC 167), Penicillium
chrysogenum (MTCC 160), Aspergillus flavus (MTCC 2510), Candida albicans (MTCC 183) and Fusarium moniliforme (MTCC
156) .They shown potent antifungal activity.

handy and cost effective specimens. Paraffination technique can be used as an alternative method for plastination and wax models. In
the process of paraffination water from formalin fixed tissue is replaced by paraffin wax. For that dehydration is done by ascending
grade of alcohol which is later on replaced by xylene and later xylene is replaced by paraffin wax. Due to paraffination, biological
tissue or specimen is not needed to be kept in formalin solution. The paraffinated specimens are handy to use for teaching and research
work. Paraffination technique is useful for anatomy, pathology, forensic medicine and other surgical departments of medical college
and also for veterinary and other science institutes.

as an inductor or a capacitor. The CI line filter comprises PIE (TI) ferrite core with two cylindrical Toroids fixed to PIE ferrite core

The invention relates to a coupler head (1) of a coupling device (100) for mechanically connecting two units, in particular vehicle
units, comprising at least one coupler lock (6, 8) to form a mechanical connection with a coupler lock (36, 38) of a counter-coupler
head (31) as well as an electrical contact coupling (12) for the coupling of at least one electrical line between the coupler head (1) and
the counter-coupler head (31). To have the coupler head (1) be universally applicable for a plurality of applications and in particular
for it to be able to be operated as low-maintenance as possible, the invention provides for the coupler head (1) to comprise a base body
(2) to which the at least one coupler lock (6, 8) and the electrical contact coupling (12) are mounted and for the coupler head to further
comprise a coupler head housing (3) which accommodates the base body (2) with the at least one coupler lock (6, 8) and electrical
contact coupling (12). The base body (2) further comprises a linkage (4) to which a coupling shaft (5) is articulated so as to be
