(57) Abstract :
A multipurpose cooling apparatus for air cooling including a food storage, and a drinking water cooler storage is described that
includes a heat exchanger, an evaporative pad, a damper, and induced axial fan. The apparatus includes a first chamber and a second
chamber that are separated by a wall combiningly defined by a damper and an evaporative pad. The heat exchanger cools the outside
warm air by indirect cooling, and the evaporative pad cools the air by direct cooling. The first chamber includes cool air received
through the heat exchanger. The second chamber receives air from the evaporative pad and the damper opening. The moisture content
in the air discharged out by the induced fan is controllable by changing the position of the damper manually. The drinking water in the
water storage is cooled by an arrangement of two compartments and a meandering path that increases the heat transfer to cool the
water passing through the water storage. The food storage is continuously provided with the blast of cool dry air from the first
chamber.

(57) Abstract :
A Kolhapur Type K. T. Weir for storage of water consists of a number of piers like a bridge. There are vertical slots in the piers for
installing gates which are removed during monsoon floods. The height of the piers is such that the impounded water level remains
within the river course. The K. T. Weirs built usually by stone masonry are not designed to take the stresses of foot-of-the dam turbine
for generating electricity. Building a side canal is expensive compared to the power generated. A standard siphon type intake for
turbine over the weir is not possible because the weir is also used as a bridge. To overcome these problems about 5 to 10% of the gates
near the bank of river are removed, a wall like civil structure is constructed from one of the end piers to the downstream bank. This
effectively bends the straight weir near the river bank creating a downstream extension of the upstream reservoir. A siphon intake
hydroelectric turbine can then be fitted on this new civil structure thus isolating the stresses from the main K. T. Weir. The siphon
intake on the new civil structure does not disturb the traffic on the bridge as well as keeps the turbine above water level.

The present invention provides a method for continuous conversion of plastic waste into hydrocarbon oil. The method includes cutting
the plastic waste into pieces and heating into a feeder to remove traces of water and volatile impurities. Thereafter, the plastic waste is
melted in a melting unit and a catalyst-additive mixture is added in the melting unit to convert plasticizers of molten plastic waste
mixture into corresponding salts and dechlorination of the salts takes place in the melting unit. Further, the molten mass is heated in a
processing unit to catalytically decompose the molten plastic waste into hydrocarbon oil. Furthermoe, the molten mass is transferred
from the processing unit to a carbon formation unit to decompose the molten plastic waste completely into hydrocarbon oil molecules
and powdered carbon residue.

(57) Abstract :
An embroidery machine has a plurality of needle positions arranged next to one another on a machine frame. Each needle position has
an axially movable needle tappet (19), which is connected to a needle drive (35). The needle drive is designed to move the needle
tappet (19) back and forth during operation. It comprises a drive member (35) to which the needle tappet (19) can be coupled and can
be decoupled therefrom by means of a first coupling (65a, 85a). The same drive member (35) is used to drive a separate drilling tool
(101) with an axially movable drill tappet (103). A second coupling (65c, 85c) is provided for this purpose to couple the drill to the
needle drive or to decouple it therefrom. (Fig. 12)

(57) Abstract :
The present invention aims to provide a winding unit having a configuration in which a yarn feeding bobbin is replaced while
suppressing rise in manufacturing cost and lowering in quality of a package. As means for achieving such an object, a winder unit of
the present invention includes a bobbin holding portion, a bobbin supply device, a winding section, a yarn splicing device, a chase
portion detection sensor, and a determination section. The bobbin holding portion holds a yarn feeding bobbin. The bobbin supply
device performs a supplying operation of the yarn feeding bobbin to the bobbin holding portion. The winding section performs a
winding operation of winding a yarn of the yarn feeding bobbin held by the bobbin holding portion to form a package. The yarn
splicing device performs a yarn splicing operation of splicing a yarn end of the package and a yarn end of the yarn feeding bobbin
when the yarn is cut. The chase portion detection sensor detects presence/absence of the yarn feeding bobbin at the bobbin holding
portion. The determination section determines whether or not supply of the yarn feeding bobbin is successful based on a detection
result of the chase portion detection sensor after the bobbin supply device performs the supplying operation of the yarn feeding bobbin
and until the yarn splicing device starts the yarn splicing operation. [Most Illustrative Drawing] Fig. 3

(57) Abstract :
This invention relates to fool proof water proofing & water storage system consisting of lining of Nylon fabric with joints of Nylon
Fabric duly stitched and sealed using Silicone or suitable adhesive, The joints of Nylon fabric are first stitched with appropriate thread
on sewing machine/manually, the joints are subsequently fixed with each other with fasteners/vices passing through two solid
members like flats/ channels/semi rounds/ any other profiled member made out of metal/ plastics/or any other suitable material, the
joints are so fixed that a channel.with appropriate gap is created by fixing members at joint line of fabric, the channel so created is
filed through out the joints with silicone/adhesives etc of appropriate specification, the water proof Nylon fabric lining so created is
fixed to base which could be previously made base or a newly created base, if previously made base is required to be water proofed , a
layer of adhesives or coal tar or any other suitable material is used to fix the fabric with a protective layer again applied on top of
fabric lining and if a new base is created then a layer of bricks, stones or cement concrete or Reinforced cement concrete layer or any
other suitable base is created to hold the Nylon fabric lining, the top of Nylon fabric is again protected by adhesives or coal tar lining
or a layers of bricks/stones or any other suitable material or a layer of cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete layer is
provided to store water in all kinds of soils, water tanks, pools, dams, canals, tunnels, rivers and for water proofing on roofs, walls,
basements, water filtering plants, tunnels and solid concrete surfaces and for all areas or for areas where there is deficiency of water
after rains in plains and mountains- to store water during rains for retaining the water at most economical cost for entire year if
possible and the system can be used as perfect water proofing system as compared to all previously known water proofing systems
used at present for various uses.
