This document provides information about pharmaceutical aluminum foil, including: - The alloy is 8011 H18 and it is available in hard or soft temper. The width ranges from 70-610mm depending on customer requirements. - The foil thickness is 20-30 microns before coating. Coating thickness options include 3-4gsm, 4-6gsm, or 6-8gsm with a tolerance of +/-0.5gsm. - The foil can be unprinted, printed, or coated with a clear lacquer. 7) printing and lacquer coating: printed as per text, layout and shade approved by customer. for non-printed
specification, clear lacquer to be coated as a protective coating and good printability. Printing inks and lacquer
coating are capable to with standard 180deg. C for 1 sec. dwell time.and we could supply aluminium foil for printing
on both sides.
