Teachers begin the project:

1. Teachers learn concepts and create activities, so we
experience different ways to be better with ourselves

  1. We invent three words and create a story with them

How do we work in the class?
The process is realized in three steps:
            •at the beginning
            •after recess
            • at the end
When children arrive to the class. They will do four
activities
           •disconnect from home
           • relax
           •focus
The four activities are called:
   "Assembly of relaxation, emotions and
                    values."                           7
First activity: Breathing
3 -year-old students: “My doll goes up and
                 down”                       4-year- old students: “The
                                                     Elevator”




5-year-old students: “We are
         balloons”

Second activity: The magic word
            GRACIAS
