1. Before filming our video we had to consider what props we are going to use in our
video.
Props Use
Skittles We will be using these as our LSD drug
because it is the closest thing to LSD.
Sugar We will be using this as our cocaine drug
because it is the closest thing to cocaine.
Plastic bags We will be using this to hold the drugs
making them look more authentic
because most drugs are seen in small
plastic bags.
Five pound note Our actors will be using these to snort
the sugar. We chose a five pound note
because most people are seen snorting
cocaine with five pound notes.
Wine bottle We will be using a wine bottle because no
couple’s night is complete without a
bottle of wine. The bottle will be filled up
with water.
Jigsaw mask We will be using this mask to fill the
hallucination sequences.
Before filming it is also a good idea to consider what our actors should wear.
Costume Use
Hoodie, T-shirt and jeans Clothing of the male protagonist.
T-shirt and jeans Clothing of female protagonist.
Shirt and jeans Clothing of the male hallucination at the
end of the performance sequence.
Coat, scarf, T-shirt and jeans As we will be filming outside I have
asked Amy to wrap up warm whilst still
making sure the clothes she chooses give
her a unique look that makes her look
like a professional solo artist.
