The proposed system will input membership, trainee, and farmer details and output reports and records. It will process penalties, payments, and fees for trainees and farmers using a database, hard disks for storage, and passwords and user accounts for control. The overall aim is to develop a computerized system for farmer management to efficiently keep trainee and company records, generate reports, and print records and pay slips while maintaining package expenses.
