This document presents a peer evaluation format for a project aimed at promoting energy savings in a community in Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo, Mexico. It details the author's average household electricity consumption and the main energy-consuming devices. It calculates the monthly energy consumption of these devices and selects TVs and phone chargers to investigate further. It then presents the community's average consumption of these devices and estimates the potential energy and cost savings from switching to more efficient alternatives like LED TVs and reducing unnecessary phone charger use. Tables with data from a small survey of neighbors' energy use are included.
