Turkey is not only on outbound route which connects
the east and west, but also a target country recently.
According to the needs of labour planning, human
rights in Turkey, defining politics through refugees, a
couple of regulations started to be applied, which the
most important one is Law on Foreigners and
International Protection.

were included to the KOSGEB target group.

Access to finance is one of the major priority areas for SME
policies.
A number of targeted investment loan interest support
programmes were introduced by KOSGEB.
KOSGEB pays the loan interests of SMEs to bank.
More than 200 000 SMEs have benefited from the
KOSGEB’s credit interest support programmes.
EUR 4,48 billion credit volume in the years 2003-14.
