• Switched platform to Prezi to make it more dynamic
• However we will be switching to Sway which is Microsoft-based platform. It will be easier to
edit, send, and present.

• Created procedures and processes for routing projects
• Projects are now routed to all stakeholders to review and sign off
• We keep each version of the project to show its progression
o The physical process coincides with our ticking system where any revisions or comments
are digitally achieved
• This process serves as a checks and balances system which holds all stakeholders accountable
• It also gives each project a job number to be easily located in the future to reference or reuse
