This document outlines a numeracy program aimed at assessing students' arithmetic skills and providing enrichment and remediation. It involves administering pre- and post-tests to identify students' numeracy levels. Students scoring perfectly are considered highly numerate while those with mistakes receive enrichment. Non-numerate students get intervention. The program consists of enrichment and one-on-one tutorial sessions to intensify students' mathematical abilities. It aims to enhance 95-97% of students' numeracy skills by addressing skills like integers, operations, fractions and decimals. Pre-testing identified 121 students across grades 7-10 needing remediation.
