Methodology
Project home methodology is built on using
KIZAN Methodology
To achieve the final picture and get different
stakeholders (Architects, Application
Developers, and Citizens sample) all
together.

21. Project Stages
• Project Initiation and Planning: Where the overall project activities
aims and estimation is to be planned through the project initiation and
kickoff meetings between team involved.
• Project Analysis: Kizen 7 steps are to be taken and get out the exact
implementing idea to start on achieving them.
• Application Design: Mobile application that to be used by citizens are to
be analyzed and designed based on the recommendations and outputs
of the analysis phase
• Proto type application: Creating an application proto type for two cities
in Egypt with highest mobile usage and most information available.
• Development of application on entire country level: Where the
designed Citizens Application shall be developed and implemented to
be launched for citizens on cross mobile plat forms and a portal.
• Testing and Deployment: Application developed will be tested and
deployed for the citizens
• Event1 Lessons learnt: This stage would include the analysis of
application deployed and lessons learnt to be used in future events.
