This projects final scope consists in delivering a Tender book of a Corporate Business Intelligence
reporting system for 16 functional areas. It’s phases consist in describing an As-Is situation: study of
the existing indicators and processes, the existing corporate data model, master data management
and corporate data warehouse structure, developing an To-Be concept: design of needed indicators
and processes and design of the To-Be corporate data warehouse model.
I have worked on existing KPI analysis and decomposition, As-Is corporate data warehouse model
development, delivering presentations about BI to customer and documenting the current BI
landscape and architecture.

I created InfoObjects, DSOs, Transformations, InfoCubes, Multiproviders, BEX Queries, universes in
SAP BusinessObjects Universe Design Tool and report templates in Web Intelligence. I provided
several sessions of training on how to use and administrate SAP BO Suite for the top management
team, key users and their technical team.

The scope of this project was to create a full set of reports for all the department managers, which
could provide information about materials flows: purchased quantities, available stocks and sold
volumes.
I have helped creating InfoObjects, DSOs, Transformations, InfoCubes, Multiproviders, authorization
value based (for each department) and BEX Queries. I created users in BI and implemented an
authorisation structure. I created OLAP connections, universes and reports in SAP Business Objects
(Web Intelligence, Explorer and Analysis). I provided several sessions of training for the key users on
how to navigate in reports and how to create and publish automatically their own reports.

Project description: Implementing Profitability Reporting System
The scope of this project was to implement a product level profitability set of reports. Each of the top
managers should have been able to view profitability on each product, segment, expedition type,
divided in costs, incomes, and 7 levels of profits. The calculation logic was performed entirely in the
MS SQL Server 2008 R2 system, using data extracted from SAP ERP through the SAP BW system. I
created custom InfoObjects, custom hierarchies, DSOs, InfoCubes and Multiproviders, multiple filtered
queries in Bex Designer, universes in SAP Business Objects Universe Design Tool, reports in SAP
BusinessObjects Web Intelligence and dashboards in Dashboard (customer discount analysis).
I provided several sessions of training for the top management team on how to navigate in reports.
Project description: SAP Purchasing, Inventory movements and Financial reporting system
The scope of this project was to implement a full set of SAP ERP FI and MM reports for the top
management. They required to receive by mail every morning the following overviews: daily
purchases, stock aging, vendor bills and payments, customer bills and incomes.
I created connections and universes and the design of the daily reports. I created an automatic
process to e-mail the reports on a daily basis. I provided several sessions of training for the key-users.
Project description: Sales Reporting System
The purpose of this project was to implement a sales reporting system based on all the company’s
expeditions (~2mil/month, 3+ years of historical data), which were stored in bulk Microsoft SQL
databases. I have created MS SQL views and DB Connect data sources for extracting master data
and transactional data from the source database. I created custom InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes
and Multiproviders, multiple filtered queries in Bex Designer, universes and reports in SAP
BusinessObjects Web Intelligence. I performed several trainings for the sales and technical team.
Project description: Implementing Organizational Strategy
The scope of the project was to implement the company’s global strategy and also all project initiatives
using SAP’s Strategy Management tools.
I implemented a scorecard KPI system in SAP Strategy Management. I created data packages to load
data from Excel to MS SQL. I created KPIs in SAP Strategy Management programming tool and also
in the web version. I provided training for the end users and support. I provided support for yearly
strategy review and adjustments.
