3. Introduction of chairperson
Dr. Ghazala Yasmin is the first
Chairperson of the Tahaffuz Welfare
organization she did DHMS after the
graduation from Peshawar university
and practicing as homeo doctor in her own
clinic situated in chowk sikandar pura,
Peshawar city. Dr. Ghazala Yasmin is very
committed and processional social worker
and she took charge of the organization 1st
Jan 2005. And she still working in different
kind of field for the organization like free
medical camps, women education and skill
programmme, awareness and health
education

WELFARE ORGANIZATION
INTRODUCTION
Tahffuz Welfare Organization i.e, TWO is a Non-Governmental
Organization and at was registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare
Agencies Act 1961. TWO was founded in January, 1st 2005 and where a
meeting was organized by the Dr. Ghazala Yasmeen in her clinic. Which
was attended by 25 social workers from different parts of life. The concept of
this meeting was brought by a group of medical, pera-medical working group of
friends who determined to serve to ailing divested humanity through all of there
best skills ability even every limited resources. The organization start it’s work
since the binging of the year of 2005, but there progress came in to the books at
the time of their registration with the concerned authorities.
A gathering of organization members was held on 2nd March 2005
and it was decided that free medical camps would be organized to
provide aid to poor community.
It was also decided that more efforts would be made to provide
health facilities to peoples in other parts of country. So therefore
Tahaffuz Welfare Organization was organized 1st free medical camp on
Sunday June 1st 2005.

16. Interfaith harmony at Gross Root level
From 6th to 10th September 2006
Tahaffuz Welfare Organization was done 4 days training workshop in
international NGO Christian study center. CSC was established in 1968. This
organization for the explicit purpose of study and research in Christianity and,
Islam and their relation ship with each other. It is also develop participatory
studies which will encourage dialogue.

level. The project aims to initiate or
process of social change to create
peace and harmony in the society
within different religions and
communities. Interfaith harmony at
gross root level is one of the project
carried by the CSC. In order to

20. Local Capacities for Peace
The second training workshop was held on O’Spring
Estate Murree, 18th to 21 September 2006. Workshop
was arranged by the Church World Services Pakistan
Afghanistan. The topic of this training workshop was
local capacities for peace. The purpose of applying the
local capacities for peace is frame work also known as
the do know harm analysis in development policies.
