Please note this is only the basic process. There may be delays /
stoppages in production due to quality issues, non-availability

மொைந்ைிை Production Plan, Production Manager’க்கு ேந்ை பிைகு
ேொைத்ைிற்கும் / நொட்களும் பிரிக்கப்பட்டு Production
Supervisor’க்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.
Production Supervisor, daily production Plan’ஐ ஒரு நொள்
முன்னைொகவே Plan செய்ய வேண்டும்.அைொேது,நொரள செய்ய
வேண்டிய Production’க்கு இன்று ெொயங்கொைவம Plan செய்து
ேிட வேண்டும்.

நொரளய Production Plan’க்கு வைரேயொன Materials,
பணியொட்கள், Machine வபொன்ைேற்ரை plan செய்து அேற்ரை
ஒரு White Board’ல் எழுைி ரேத்துேிட வேண்டும்
அந்ைந்ை பணியொட்கள் அடுத்ை நொள் கொரை ேந்ைவுடன் அந்ை
Board’ஐ பொர்த்து பணிரயத் துேங்க வேண்டும்.
கொரை ேந்ைவுடன் (Shift சைொடங்கியவுடன்) பணிகள் ஆைம்பமொக
வேண்டும். (Production Plan’ஐ கொரையில் செய்ைொல் 20 நிமிடங்கள்
Waste ஆகும்.)

Supervisor’கள் பணியிடத்ரையும், Machineகரளயும், வைரேக்வகற்ப
பணியொட்கரளயும் மொற்ைியரமத்து Production’ஐ செம்ரமயொக
செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Plan’ல் ஏவைனும் மொற்ைம் இருந்ைொல், உடவன Production
Manager’ரிடம் சைரிேிக்க வேண்டும். வைரேக்வகற்ப
பணியொட்களிடம் வபெி, பணிரய நிரைவேற்ை வேண்டும்.
ஒவ்சேொரு நொள்/ Shift முடிேிலும் Production Manager’ரிடம்,
Production பற்ைிய Report பண்ண வேண்டும்.
